Morales Perfect Cleaning LLC – Service Policy At Morales Perfect Cleaning LLC, we are committed to delivering exceptional, detail-oriented service. Due to the nature of our work — which involves time, preparation, labor, and product usage — the following policies are strictly enforced: All Sales Are Final We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns once a service has been rendered. All payments made are considered final and non-refundable. Booking Fee & Cancellation Policy A 50% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment. If you cancel with more than 72 hours’ notice, Morales Perfect Cleaning LLC reserves the right to retain the 50% booking fee to cover lost time and scheduling gaps. If you cancel within 72 hours of your scheduled appointment, the 50% booking fee will still be retained — no exceptions. Rescheduling Policy Clients may request to reschedule their appointment with a minimum of 72 hours' notice. Reschedule requests are subject to availability and approval. Rescheduled appointments must be booked within 14 days of the original service date. Access & Readiness Requirements Please ensure the space (home, office, or vehicle) is accessible and ready at the scheduled time. Delays of more than 15 minutes may result in a cancellation without refund or a rescheduling fee. Quality Guarantee Our team stands behind the quality of our work. If there is an issue with the service provided, clients must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We do not offer refunds, but we may offer a touch-up or correction at our discretion and subject to availability. Health & Safety Morales Perfect Cleaning LLC reserves the right to refuse service if the environment is hazardous or unsanitary beyond the scope of our work. Any pets should be secured during the cleaning process to avoid accidents or delays. Agreement to Terms By booking with Morales Perfect Cleaning LLC, you agree to these policies in full.
